This page explains what data Not Rich Yet collects and how it is used. The site is run by an individual and is kept deliberately simple.
Every figure you enter into the calculators is processed locally in your own browser. Your income, pension and family details are never sent to or stored on any server. Close the tab and they are gone.
This site may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people arrive, in aggregate. It may also use cookies served by advertising partners where ads are shown. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and a cookie banner will request consent where required.
If you submit your email address, it is used only to send occasional updates when tax-year figures change. It is stored with the email provider that powers the list and is never sold or shared. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Some links to financial products or advisers are affiliate or referral links, meaning the site may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These are clearly intended to help you act on what the tools show, and their presence never changes the calculations. Not Rich Yet is an information service and does not provide regulated financial advice.
If you send a suggestion through the box in the corner, your message (and your email, only if you choose to add it) is passed to a third-party form processor and used solely to consider improvements to the tools. It is not added to any mailing list and is never sold or shared. Leave the email blank and the suggestion is effectively anonymous.
Under UK GDPR you can ask what data is held about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the unsubscribe link, or get in touch via the contact route on the site.
